Terms and conditions

 PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

  1. Brand Ownership: Women in Camp Summit (“WICS”) owns and controls all rights to the WICS Pop Up Events brand, name, and related logos. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that any use of WICS branding or logos is solely for the purpose of promoting your WICS Pop Up Event, in accordance with these terms, and with the understanding that WICS retains all ownership and control rights.

  2. Post-Event Reporting: You agree to complete and submit a brief Post-Event Report to WICS by using the designated form within 3 days after your WICS Pop Up Event.

  3. Media and Public Relations: You agree to inform WICS of any planned media or public relations outreach related to your WICS Pop Up Event. WICS reserves the right to review and provide final approval on any media or PR materials (including press releases, social media posts, or interviews) to ensure alignment with the WICS brand and mission.

  4. Financial Responsibility: You or your hosting organization are fully responsible for all financial aspects of the WICS Pop Up Event you host, including but not limited to venue costs, equipment rentals, refreshments, or any other expenses.

    • Neither the Women in Camp Summit nor the WICS Pop Up Event brand provides financial assistance or assumes liability for any financial or legal obligations incurred by you or your organization.

  5. Independent Event: By hosting a WICS Pop Up Event, you understand that you are acting as an independent host and not as an agent, partner, or representative of WICS. WICS shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising out of your event. You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and any necessary permits.

  6. Revocation of Hosting Rights: WICS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without incurring any liability, to withdraw its approval of your WICS Pop Up Event or revoke your permission to host an event at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, instances of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the WICS brand.

  7. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall WICS be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to or arising from the planning, hosting, or execution of a WICS Pop Up Event.

  8. Acceptance of Terms: By proceeding with your WICS Pop Up Event, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the WICS Leadership Team before finalizing your plans.
